Building in Public: Why I Started Resiliently

Zusammenfassung

The story behind this site — why I’m sharing my work at the intersection of cyber risk engineering and AI automation.

I’ve been working in cyber risk for over a decade. PwC, Xella, AXA, Zurich — each role taught me something different about how organizations handle cybersecurity risk. But I rarely shared those lessons publicly. Two things changed. First, the insurance industry is going through a transformation driven by AI and automation. Second, I started building tools that bridge my day job (risk engineering) with my side interest (AI-Ops). Documenting that journey felt like the natural next step.

Kernpunkte

  • Die Cyber-Bedrohungslandschaft entwickelt sich rasant weiter
  • KI-verstärkte Angriffe verändern das Risiko-Profil
  • Underwriter und Makler müssen ihre Ansätze anpassen
  • NIS2-Compliance wird zum Standard-Kriterium

Praktische Schritte

  1. Aktuelle Bedrohungsage verstehen
  2. Risikomodelle aktualisieren
  3. Deckungskonzepte überprüfen
  4. Kunden proaktiv beraten

Weitere Tools: Cyber-Risikorechner | FAIR-Report | NIS2-Checker | Security Scan
