Building in Public: Why I Started Resiliently

[object Object]

The story behind this site — why I'm sharing my work at the intersection of cyber risk engineering and AI automation.

I’ve been working in cyber risk for over a decade. PwC, Xella, AXA, Zurich — each role taught me something different about how organizations handle cybersecurity risk. But I rarely shared those lessons publicly.

Why Now

Two things changed. First, the insurance industry is going through a transformation driven by AI and automation. Second, I started building tools that bridge my day job (risk engineering) with my side interest (AI-Ops). Documenting that journey felt like the natural next step.

What You’ll Find Here

This site covers three areas:

  1. Cyber risk and insurance — practical insights from real-world risk assessments and underwriting
  2. AI automation — experiments with multi-agent systems, content automation, and AI-powered tooling
  3. Regulatory compliance — NIS2, DORA, and how they affect both security posture and insurance

The Format

I’m building this site with the same tools I write about — a multi-agent content pipeline powered by Google ADK. The agents help with research, drafting, and repurposing. I handle the editorial judgment and domain expertise.

It’s an experiment in practicing what I preach. Let’s see where it goes.
